All equipment purchased through DirectOut Audio is warranted by the manufacturer for the term specified. Any and all claims arising there-from are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer to repair or replace at their will. Any obvious or concealed shipping damage must be reported within two (2) days to the transportation company and to DirectOut Audio. Purchaser may obtain additional warranty protection for one or two years following the expiration of the standard warranty by requesting said protection at time of sale for the rates applicable to that product. Additional warranty protection is product specific and may not be available for all products.
Special orders for any equipment (not normally kept in stock) are final and any deposit accepted by company will not be returned if equipment is not accepted at time of arrival. If manufacturer does accept return of goods, customer will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all shipping charges will be paid by customer. These policies are "common-sense" ones to protect the customer and assure that DirectOut Audio exhibits a completely understandable policy of sale to the product user and to assure we can continue to sell at the lowest possible prices.
